What can you do with the app?
In the Shake-It-Off app you will find:
- Knowledge – Background information on TRE®.
- How to – explaining how to get ready for the exercises.
- Exercises – a detailed explication of the 7 TRE® exercices with videos.
- Diary – helping you to follow your improvements.
- Providers – a list of TRE® providers worldwide.
The Shake-It-Off app with the TRE® exercices is available in the Apple Store and also in Google Play.
The App has been developed by Dr Hildegard Nibel author of the book «Neurogenes Zittern» published by Trias/Thieme in Germany.

Version 3.2.0 (April 14, 2024)
To the diary we added a questionary so you can find out how safe you feel in your world. In this new version of the app we welcome one more provider from the UK. In total you will find now 70 TRE® providers from 13 countries worldwide.

In this new multilingual version of the app we welcome two providers from the Netherlands and Germany. In total you will find the addresses of 69 TRE® providers from 13 countries worldwide. We also added additional information to the Knowledge tab on how long and how often to do the exercises.

In this new multilingual version of the app we welcome 24 providers from 11 additional countries. In total you will find the addresses of 67 TRE® providers from 13 countries worldwide. We also improved the user interface to make it easier to learn TRE®.

We have translated the app into English (Sheke It Off) in addition to German (NeuroZittern). To use the app in English, you can select the language in the settings of the app.
